E34 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using the e34 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This current version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the e34 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the e34 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e34 as the platform operator. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page from time to time.
The e34 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the e34 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. e34 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying e34 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
E34 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the e34 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the gaming system or transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Disrupting platform operations through cyberattacks, malicious scripts, or any other means that compromise system security.
- Using the platform on behalf of another individual, including placing bets or transferring funds in someone else's name.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with the relevant activity, and legal action where necessary. e34 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms without prior notice to the user under investigation.
4. Payments, MYR Transactions, and Financial Policy
All transactions on the e34 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used are valid, registered in their own name, and do not involve funds from illegal sources.
Deposit: Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Once funds have entered your e34 account, they may only be used for gaming activity or withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with e34's internal procedures. Users are required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal is approved. e34 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and prevailing conditions.
Taxes and charges: Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by Malaysian authorities in relation to winnings or transactions conducted through this platform. e34 is not responsible for users' tax obligations.
E34 reserves the right to set deposit, withdrawal, or wagering limits at any time for security or internal compliance reasons.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
5.1 Limitation of Liability
The e34 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. e34 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. e34 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity, technical disruptions, or the user's internet connection failure.
E34's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the current account balance held by that user at the time of the relevant incident.
5.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the e34 platform — including logos, interface design, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of e34 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from e34.
5.3 Third-Party Links and Services
The e34 platform may utilise third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. e34 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or operations of any such third parties. Any links to external websites that may appear in official e34 communications are for reference purposes only.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
6.1 Account Suspension and Closure
E34 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for internal security and compliance reasons. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the e34 support team via email at [email protected]. Account closure at the user's request is subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions.
6.2 Changes to Terms
E34 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
6.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the e34 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
